Mazoezi yana mchango mkubwa sana katika afya na mwonekano wa mwili jamani. Baada ya kupumzika kwa muda kidogo sasa I am back to my gym schedule as usual, tena this time around with these brand new gears on my feet...
 Straight from Hong Kong... I call them wheels.....

  1. Bora mwanangu ujirekebishie mwili. Maana mijitu imekaria kusema wezao hata mazoezi ya mdomo hawana. Jipe raha zako mammy yangu kwa raha zako. Bata sana, mlo sana na gym kwa kwenda mbeleee haya sasa vijuso mpooo. Maana mmeumbwa kuyataka kuyajua ya wezenuuuuu hahahaha didah ndio huyoo gym na wewe nenda basi kakimbie hata karume.
